 * when an admin approuve one member, this member doesn’t receive an email to inform
   him he have been approve.
 * Is this normal?

 * It should be sending emails, as per [https://github.com/WebDevStudios/BuddyPress-Registration-Options/blob/4.3.1/includes/admin.php#L282-L305](https://github.com/WebDevStudios/BuddyPress-Registration-Options/blob/4.3.1/includes/admin.php#L282-L305)
 * Possible they’re getting caught in spam filters, or something with regards to
   the server your site is on is misconfigured and emails as a whole aren’t going
   out.
