 * We would like admin to receive a copy of the email when it is submitted – where
   are the settings for this? Also, as you can see the message box does not enlarge
   as it should. The placeholder text has to be deleted which is not a normal function–
   usually it is automatically deleted when a cursor is placed in the box.

 * Could you please double check whether you have tried the following:
 * Please go to the **Form maker > Forms > Choose the form > Form Options > Email
   options >** under the section **Email to Administrator** you will see the field**“
   Email to send submissions to” **please add your email here.
    Could you please
   send us the screenshot of message box? Please make sure to add the value only
   in[ placeholder’s field](https://www.dropbox.com/s/oj8rnmk4ufj5g4a/2017-12-27_18-03-56.mp4?dl=0).

 * Thanks for your response. I think some of the fields had not been properly completed
   which resulted in the email not being sent. I amended the parameters and they
   seem to be sending out OK – thanks again.
 * Placeholder – so this is set up the way you indicate in your short video. But
   the label doesn’t delete when you insert the cursor. See /contact-us/

 * Could you please double check whether you have deleted the value after adding
   the placeholder?

 * I changed our email address for the submission replies to go to, but it isn’t
   working now. It did before I changed the email. Thanks for your help!
