Email addresses not saving

I’ve been using CForms II for some time on a site and just added a new form to the same site.
From the beginning the form has seemed out of whack. The admin page is styled differently and it’s had issues saving changes.
I have the form working but when I try to change the email notifications (from and Admin email address(es)) I save the form and the changes show while I’m on the page but as soon as I navigate away from the page, the form resets to the site administrator email address.
Without the emails being saved, I’m constantly forwarding form submissions to the proper email accounts.
Any advice?
