# Email Address Problems

 * We experienced a new issue yesterday and need your help. Fast Secure Form would
   not send a form to a particular email address, but it would send to other emails.
   As a result, we had to deactivate this plugin and use a different plugin. I need
   to know why certain emails worked and certain other emails did not work. Also,
   if a email address did not work, what happened to any forms that may have been
   sent? Are they lost?

   com not the full e-mail.

 * we were using two different email addresses, one was [getinfo@businesstrainingkits.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-address-problems/getinfo@businesstrainingkits.com?output_format=md)
   and the other was [Teresa.lensch@businesstrainingkits.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-address-problems/Teresa.lensch@businesstrainingkits.com?output_format=md).
   Neither would work, but they would work with my gmail account as well as my yahoo
   account.

 * Hi can you disable the e-mail address please. The moderators here don’t like 
   people adding e-mail addresses. I just wanted to know the **@businesstrainingkits.
   com**. which now I know. Are you using your website e-mail address?
