# Email address problems

 * Out of a directory of approximately 230 people, we have six that we can’t seem
   to get entered due to an error message of “the email you entered is incorrect.”
   We’ve verified the email addresses for all six people by sending them an email
   and asking to confirm they received it. In this case, Kenny Duncan Jr., website
   URL [https://www.uscoinsandjewelry.com](https://www.uscoinsandjewelry.com) and
   email address of [kenny@uscoinsandjewelry.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-address-problems-2/kenny@uscoinsandjewelry.com?output_format=md),
   every time we’ve tried to enter his details on the application page, we get an
   error message mentioned above.

 * As mentioned, we’ve loaded about 230 members to the directory manually by filling
   out the application form and various emails have worked fine. We have six that
   won’t seem to go through. I can send the other 4 email addresses if necessary.

 * This error message can both be a bad email format
    and the email address is already
   registered.
 * Try to find these Registrations using “Search Users”
    with the email addresses
   in WP All Users.
