    Most people install Postman SMTP plugin.

    Alternatively, you can install Custom Sender for Email Before Download plugin (note that every time you resave your Email Before Download settings it may wipe out the From: value that you’ve put in Custom Sender for Email Before Download and you may have to go back in there & resave it in there)
