Hello,
Which email address is associated with a Popup Maker’s Subscription form Shortcode?
When we click on “Submit button”, wich email address receives the subscription? Is it by default the email address on our WordPress settings?
I want to associate eventually a dedicated different email address with that “Submit button”. How to do so?
Is there an area on the Popup Maker interface to enter a dedicated email address for a Call-to-action “subscribe” button?
At least, which email address used by Popup Maker to record the subscriptions we receive?
Thank You.
@davidovic123 – Sorry for the delayed response and confusion. Our plugin does not send emails to anyone. It simply allows you to collect email addresses via a simple form which you can then use in your email marketing efforts. Generally users export the list (currently using a 3rd party plugin) or they use one of our integrations to sync them directly to Mailchimp or similar.
If you need submissions mailed to you I’d suggest looking at one of the many form plugins that we also integrate with as most of them can provide you with a way to send yourself an email on submission.
Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.
