 * Hi,
 * Does email notification only work with pro version or is it available on free
   one?
    I’ve done a test email notification but I’m not receiving anything. Thanks

 * Hi.
 * Thank you for your message.
 * Email notifications work with the free version.
 * It’s not a problem on a Bookly side. Looks like this is a server-side issue because
   Bookly doesn’t send any messages independently, it uses native “wp_mail()” function
   to do this. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask him to send you own
   external SMTP server to easily configure it.

 * [@massimo1985](https://wordpress.org/support/users/massimo1985/) which version
   were you using? Try using 17.5

 * Hello,
 * Thanks for your message.
 * A quick answer to your question is that a few of the hosting providers restrict
   and don’t allow sending notifications from another domain. So, for example, if
   your domain name is [http://www.example.com](http://www.example.com), your sender
   email address should be from [admin@example.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-93/admin@example.com?output_format=md).
 * Please know that as much as we want to help you, we cannot provide any support
   for the PRO version here. For PRO or commercial product support please contact
   us directly on our site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well. Rest assured
   we will have no problem supporting you on our own site.
 * Many thanks!
