em_bbp_get_caps_for_role() alternate solution?

Hi Marcus,

I want to thank you for such a terrific plugin. I’ve been using it for awhile and absolutely love it. However, the extra queries from em_bbp_get_caps_for_role() reassigning roles is starting to really add up. Is there by chance a better way to go about this? On some pages its clocking in 100+ extra queries(user directories primarily).
