# Eliminate template boxes

 * I am trying to create a web site on the theme Blue Taste. Not being a techie 
   I have run into a few obstacles. Here is the first of a few questions could use
   help with:
 * There are two boxes I would like to eliminate. One says July 12 and the other
   says Resources/Select a Category. How do I eliminate these two boxes?

 * Get rid of the date box is tricky and would involve some, potentially tricky,
   code & CSS editing. To get rid of the Resources/Select a Category, try adding
   an empty Text widget to your theme’s sidebar.
