Eliminate render blocking resources

Hi,

I have installed the ASYNC Javascript plugin today and have selected ‘DEFER’ for ‘Async Javascript option’ in settings and kept JQUERY option as ‘Exclude’. I have also checked the ‘Enable Autoptimize Support Checkbox’ and selected Autoptimize Javascript method to be ‘DEFER’.

I have also turned on the check boxes for ‘Aggregate CSS files’ and ‘Aggregate JSS files’ under JSS, CSS and HTML. But the problem of rendering block resources still appears in Page Speed Insights. How to resolve this issue?
