• Hi

When i enable the Eliminate render-blocking option my mobile menu doesn’t work anymore. also when i enable lazy loading option Pagespeed still gives me the Defer offscreen images opportunity with estimated savings of 2s.

Could you post URL of your website? I’d like to check how your mobile menu is implemented internally.

    Is there something wrong?

I see there are other optimizing plugins are used (at least Autoptimize), so maybe there is a conflict. I’d try to disable Autoptimize and test PageSpeed Ninja using different presets (starting from Safe) to found which one suits better. We are going to do some local tests with Autoptimize, but most likely it will be done after next major release (0.10.0) will be released, because of it differs significantly from current 0.9 branch.

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,

Thank you. I’ll see about autoptimize. Well, what should i do with the lazyloading? When i activate it, the pagespeed score doesn’t change at all.

I activated eliminate render blocking with non blocking javascript disabled. My mobile menu is now working fine. In pagespeed it still gives me the orange error with estimated savings of 0.7s without non blocking javascript. by enabling non blocking java script the orange error disappears but the mobile menu wouldn’t show.
