Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript on Google PageSpeed

    Hi,
    the plugin needs that jQuery must be loaded ad a render-blocking resource in order to work.
    This behavior is deprecated by Google since it means that the browser cannot start to render the page content until jQuery has been loaded.

    The plugin should allow to “defer” or “async” jQuery loading without breaking the layout.
