 * Google Pagespeed insights is saying: “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and
   CSS in above-the-fold content” and
    “Your page has 3 blocking script resources
   and 4 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.”
 * Can anyone please direct me to fix this as suggested above?
