ElementsKit breaks my site

    Hi everyone, hope you are doing well.

    I’m using Elementskit for some functionalities and now it is breaking the site.

    First Megamenu didn’t show, then I couldn’t log in to wp-admin, and now I can’t edit the pages with elementor if ElementKit is on. Also, the pages are now blank with just the logo top-right.

    I de-activated Elementskit and the editor worked fine + Talked to the Host provider and they confirmed the problem was with ElementsKit Plugin.

    What can I do??

    Hi @francogd23,

    I would request to run a conflict test on your site. Please do the followings:

    1. Please make sure that you’re using updated version of Elementor and ElementsKit plugins.

    2. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

    3. Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

    4. If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test.
