Elements of seo theme question

    Hello guys,
    I want to use ‘Elements of SEO’ theme for my new wordpress blog but when I have entered to the official wordpress site I saw thsi message:

    This theme hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

    What is it mean? Can I still use this theme and can I have any problems with it?

    Maybe anyone knows some wordpress theme that is similar to ‘Elements of SEO’?
