    HI
I deactivated and deleted the plugin some time ago but there seems to be some elements left behind.

    edd_sl_6bf3466716f86df633d6be94e6e7a078 Array … 23462 KB
    edd_sl_65a2e2a714489e41c14ba0d4c9e077a5 Array … 201874 KB

I have tried deleting them but they come back. I have also tried setting autoload to no and then deleting them but they still come back.

The size of the elements is very significant. Could you please let me know how to permanently delete these elements?

    Thank you

    Best regards

    John

If these keep coming back, it is likely that you have a commercial theme or plugin installed that is using our software licensing addon to distribute updates. These likely contain the version information for these commercial theme o plugins, that tell WordPress that an update is available.

    Hi
Thank you very much for getting back to me.

Can I please ask you what you think I should do?

Would it be more trouble than it is worth to try to unscramble situation?

If you think it is worthwhile sorting out could you please let me know how to go about it?

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards

    John

    Hey @john53

You could look in the array data stored in the datbase to see who is creating those entries. As Chris said before you could have other plugins on your website (not related to EDD at all) that use our Software Licensing extension for distribution of updates and that’s why you see the entries.

The only way to completly get rid of that data is to find out who is creating them plugin/theme and uninstall those plugins but that might not be fesable since you could actually use them.
