The Elementor editor will not load if the Jeg plugin is active. I’ve disabled all plugins, started enabling them one at time, and the Jeg plugin is where it always fails.

I went to the Jegthemes support site and downloaded version 2.4.4 from the link there. This did not make any difference.

    Hello @srslylisa,

Apologize for my delay in responding. Is there an error log I can get?

Previously we also got reports that Elementor Editor cannot be opened, but the issue is Elementor related. You can try updating Elementor to the latest version (v3.7.8) or downgrade to v3.6.8. If this problem occurs after the Elementor update, try to clear cache if any, or regenerate data and CSS in the Elementor -> Tools -> General -> Regenerate CSS & Data menu.

Hi guys, I’m sorry I haven’t had a chance to look at this, I’ve been working on other clients’ sites. This one is fine as long as I don’t need to edit it 🙂

I will do some more troubleshooting and get you some more information. Are you looking for the WP debug log?

    Thank you!

    Hello guys,

We’ll try to look into it further, if you guys have any error logs (can be WP debug log, error in browser console, or anything) or a way to duplicate this issue it would be very helpful for us.

    Thank you

    Hello @srslylisa,

How are you? We haven’t heard of it in a long time.

For this issue, we still don’t know for sure, but recently we noticed that there is a conflict with the Metform plugin. Can you check if you have the Metform plugin? If you use Metform v.3.0.0 and above, we recommend that you downgrade it to v2.2.1 and below.

We look forward to hearing from you. If this topic becomes inactive in the next few weeks, we’ll mark this forum as resolved.

    Thank You

    Hello @srslylisa,

We’d like to let you know that today we’ve updated the plugin to v2.5.11, and a fix for conflicts with the MetForm plugin is included in this update. We’re not sure yet, but we think this issue is related to another plugin. Anyway, if you come back to your site to edit using Elementor, please try to update the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin.

    Thank You

    Hi Fauzan,

I’m sorry I am so late to reply to this. I just now got around to updating the client site that I have Jegstudio on. It does use Metforms. Weird thing is, I still experience issues on the staging site. I’m trying to figure this out with Flywheel, we aren’t sure what is causing the issue since staging and production are clones. So this appears to be a Flywheel issue now, but I’ll let you know if we figure anything out!

Thank you for all of your help with this! We appreciate the attention. Everything seems to be working well on production for us, good work.

    Hello @srslylisa,

For the problem that still occurs on the staging site, we assume because on the staging site WP_DEBUG is enabled. This is just our assumption because usually an error or warning is hidden, but if WP_DEBUG is active, an error or warning will be displayed. This can make some features not work. We suggest you disable all plugins except Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit to reduce the debug scope and find out which plugin is causing the issue.

At least we are happy to know that on the production site there are no more issues. If you have other issues that you are experiencing, feel free to create a new topic.

    Thank You

    and

    Happy New Year! 🎉

    Hello @nahidrana,

Does this problem only occur when activating the Jeg Elementor Kit? From what we learned, Error 503 occurs because the server is overloaded.

    https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/503

To solve this problem, you may be able to increase your site’s WP Memory Limit to at least 256 MB or 512 MB as recommended by Elementor.

    https://elementor.com/help/requirements/

If this problem persists, can you provide us with the Error Log? Messages from the error log usually explain the problem being faced in more detail.

However, we will wait for further news from you.

    Thank You

I’m still facing this issue. I tried deactivating all the plugins but it works only when i disable jeg element kit plugin.

I’m still searching for a solution. I did everything i could but the issue still remains.

    Hello @anubhavcpp,

We apologize for the delay in responding. If you have tried to fix the issue you’re experiencing with the instructions provided above but it didn’t work, the root cause of the problem may be different.

Could you please provide us with the error logs or a screenshot of your browser console when Elementor fails to load? This will help us investigate the issue further.

Additionally, we recommend that you back up your data to ensure it can be restored in case of any unforeseen errors on your site.

    We’ll await your further response.

    Thank You
