• Hi Martin,
Busy testing your plugin on our new website to help solicit customer ideas and track issues. The site runs the latest WP and WooCommerce code, and I used Elementor Pro to built it. Not technical at all, hence my request for assistance. The main landing page is called /issue-tracker, where i was able to use Elementor to create the page, and embed the shortcode. However, once you drill down into the entry, it then redirect to /idea with the relevant child post details. As i don’t use the default theme (storefront) for the website, but instead Elementor templates, require the ability to insert / define a template in Elementor that control the layout for any /idea and child entries. At the moment, all content are left aligned without spacing as a result. Is this possible? Am i doing this correctly, or is there another way to achieve common look and feel?

Thank you in advance for your response and guidance.
    Ockert

    Hi @ockertc,

I don’t really understand your issue. But it sounds like an Elementor or general styling question. It might be best to reach out to the general WordPress forums. If you are using the pro version you are entitled to 10 minutes of CSS styling which I can help you with to make things look better. So if this is the case please email me.

    Thanks,
