Yes,I had already checked that guide before writing here, also the safe mode didn’t work. Now I have solved the problem…. and made a discovery: I can’t edit my popup templates without an elementor pro license. This is strange because I was working on popup templates already made by me during my previous pro license. Yesterday I renewed my pro license and everything works again.
