    Has anyone else had this issue? I put in a support ticket on 03/10/2020 at like 1:30 a.m. I didn’t even receive some sort of confirmation email. I submitted a second ticket on 03/10/2020 around 4:00 p.m. asking what’s up and didn’t receive any confirmation email for that either. It’s now 9:23 a.m. (PDT -0700) and I still have not heard back. I checked and verified that my email on my Elementor Pro account details is correct, I checked my junk box, and made sure I was getting emails from others. I am all good with that.

    Elementor claims on their website to have “24/7 support” lmao, I can’t even with that claim. As far as I can tell, there is no way to contact them in any way besides submitting a help ticket. Has anyone else experienced such support blackout with them? Is their support down right now or something? Has their quality of service dropped recently?
