Support » Plugin: Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally » Elementor Pro OR Custom Fonts?

    I’m an Elementor Pro user, and was thinking that by using Custom Fonts for just 1 custom GFont sitewide, with a few weights, I could avoid the bloat of GFonts that Elementor loads by:

    // Tell elementor not to load google fonts for me
    add_filter( ‘elementor/frontend/print_google_fonts’, ‘__return_false’ );

    I did all this without realising that EPro HAS custom fonts.

    Am I missing the point? Do I even need Custom Fonts if I specify custom fonts in Elementor?

    Right now Elementor Pro’s custom Fonts do not work in the typography options of the Astra Theme. We do have the plan to add support to it in future updates of the Astra Theme.

    So right now this plugin is required if you plan to use same fonts inside Elementor and Astra Theme.
