Support » Plugin: YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter » Elementor Pro custom shop page template on OceanWP theme

  • Resolved arcticpuffin

    Hi 🙂

I just installed YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter and the filter doesn’t show up in the front end.

I am using OceanWP free theme and Elementor Pro page builder. I have made a custom shop page in Elementor Pro templates.

I assume the plugin is not working because I need to change the classes for the product container etc. How do I find these? I have tried inspecting the section to see if I can find it and I tried a few, but they do not work.

Anybody know what these are that I need to use?

    Thanks 🙂

Oh, I also have FooEvents Pro ticket plugin installed.

    Hi there,
unfortunately in your case the configuration of the selectors is not the unique problem.
I saw the page and your widgets are registered incorrectly, don’t follow WordPress standard.
Any widget has not an ID and Widget title is not used correctly, respecting what we can say in the following post.

I suggest you to not use Elementor plugin for your WooCommerce pages if you want use the plugin.

Thanks so much for your reply.

Aah, ok 🙁 I’m really battling to find a free plugin fro ajax product filtering that works with OceanWP and Elementor.

Have a great rest of your day!

    Best regards

    You are welcome!
we’re sorry for that, but unfortunately this issue is due to your Elementor plugin, so unfortunately we cannot provide you with a workaround to solve this issue.
    We’re really sorry for this.
