Hi, after last update of Elementor (3.8.0) the widget panel is not loading anymore. I found the culprit to be essentials addons lite. If i disable it, the panel loads just fine. Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi @mihailungu,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Well, the ‘Elementor getting Stuck’ error is normally caused due to a website having low memory. You can check your memory limit by navigating to wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Tc2qJk

You can install this following plugin on your website to take care of this: https://d.pr/f/D3Dik2

If that doesn’t work, make sure to increase the memory limit. To increase the memory limit you will have to modify the wp-config.php file of yours. Just above this line ” /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */” add this following line of code:

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

You would find the wp-config.php file under your WordPress directory.

You can also read this blog to modify the wp-config.php file: https://wpdeveloper.com/troubleshoot-preview-loading-error-elementor/

If that doesn’t work, please deactivate the Essential Addons elements you are not using especially the Dynamic Elements.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you!

My memory limit is set to 768M in multi php ini editor in cpanel. So it is not a memory issue. Also, elementor-system info displays the same value: 768M.

I disabled all the elements inside Essential addons, and the panel is loading. I will try to identify what elements i used on my site and enable just those.

Later Edit: Seems that keeping enabled only the specific widgets i use, solves the issue.

But if one of the elements widgets is the issue, then those using that specific element, might have the same issue. PErhaps you will look more into it. This not loading elementor panel issue, usualy appears after a major Elementor update and it’s usualy fixed by Elementor Addons developers, by also releasing an update, in accordance with Elementors new modifications.

    Just sayin. πŸ™‚

    Thank you for assistance.

    Hello @mihailungu,

    Greetings.

Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty-Three. And, check back as well.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

Hi. I solved it like i said. I disabled all the elements inside the plugin and kept only those i use. That solved the problem. I can give you (by email if you provide one) the requested system info, but i will not post it publicly. It’s a site targeted frequently by attackers.I will try to identify what is the element with the issue.

Ok, i think i found the one. Is the Login | Register Form element. when this is active, elementor panel is not loading. If i turn this off, all good.

Also, i found the plugin in conflict. It’s WpRocket Version 3.11.4.1. With WpRocket enabled and Login | Register Form element inside Essential addons lite enabled, the panel is not loading. With WProcket disabled and Login | Register Form element enabled it loads. Wprocket enabled and Login | Register disabled the panel also loads. Therefore is a conflict with WPRocket when login | Register is activated.

    Hope this info helps.
