  • Depending upon what happens when you try to edit, will help determine what the solution is. But this document lists several possible solutions for you to try: https://docs.elementor.com/article/184-cant-edit-with-elementor

Of course, first make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro (if you are using that), WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

Already installed last version of elementor and elementor pro.

    Hi,

I can edit in Chrome and Firefox just fine on 50+ sites with Elementor.
This must be an issue in your Chrome settings?
Do you have an add blocker or some chrome extension on that might casue this?

Another possibility might be some firewall on your computer, an antivirus program and or a firewall like wordfence or on Cloudflare that is causing this.

Do You by any chance have the “rocket loader” on in Cloudflare?

    Hi @timofey1984
    Are you still having trouble?

Yes, I have still having the trouble. I already have 2 page rules for rocket loader. I deactivated w3 total cash plugin. I haven’t any firewall or antivirus on my computer.

Does it work if you use Chrome in incognito mode?

If you can’t get it to work under any circumstances in Chrome, you will need to try in another browser, such as Firefox. As LogoLogics says, it works fine in Chrome for other users, so it must be specific to your site, machine, or Chrome setup. Using Chrome in incognito mode will ensure you aren’t running any extensions that might be blocking it.
