# Elementor not loading > Remove Query Strings From Static Resources plugin

 * With recent update on Elementor, people get stuck on loading new/adding pages
   wich has something to do with jquery not loading elementor.
 * 1 case i find is the plugin: “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” that
   keeps elementor from loading jquery
 * If you have a similar plugin, disable it and delete cache and try again.

 * Thank you for this tip. We couldn’t figure out why Elementor stopped working 
   and it was our CDN causing this issue because we had the option _Remove Query
   Strings From Static Resources_ enabled. Now, when we need to fire up Elementor,
   we temporarily disable the CDN.
