From what I understand, you have a custom header and footer and are using the functions get_header() and get_footer() to display them; however, the global styles are not rendering.
If that is the case, this would be out of our support scope as it is custom code related. I suggest you join the Elementor Facebook Community where you can find a supportive and helpful community of experienced users who will be happy to provide valuable tips and tricks.

I am loading the Elementor header and footer. So why are all other styles are applied except the global ones?

If your Header and Footer is created using the Elementor Theme Builder, that means you have the Pro version.
Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

It doesnt make sense to ask your commercial support if you deny any help. And my question has nothing to do using the Pro or Basic version.
