I’m having a problem with the mobile navbar (so, logo/home link on the right with hamburger and search floated left —so basic mobile header) not showing on Android Chrome. It shows in Firefox, but only flashes briefly before disappearing in Chrome.

I’ve checked to ensure it’s not a z-index issue (it’s not) and that it’s not somehow hidden on mobile via responsive settings (it’s not; appears in other browsers, remember?)

Any ideas? I’ve seen discussions of the navbar not appearing in the editor, but this is in a live site. The really of thing is that all if the page headers are constructed the same way, but this behavior only happens in some of them.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I see it working fine on Android Chrome. Testimonials page header looks just like the articles page header. Try clearing your Android chrome browser cache.

thanks for that. I’ve checked on my son’s android as well and saw things fine as well. But on my phone, no matter what (i’ve cleared caches, private data, etc.) the behavior is wonky. No mobile nav would be kind of a deal-breaker.

Glad it’s working for you as well. Will keep trying to get it working on mine.

    Hey guys,

I’m facing the very same problem. My nav menu flashes then disappears. It appears fine in chrome/safari/firefox. This is only occurring in the android chrome browser. I’ve also tried clearing cache but it still disappears after 1 second.

Were you able to resolve the issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Cheers!

I’d urge you to test it on a bunch of mobile devices. So far I’m the only person to experience this phenomenon, which is the best I can hope for I guess.

In any case, that site went live a month ago, so I’m no longer visiting and testing pages 200x a day.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
