My live site is www.paradigmshift.com.pk
but I have not implemented the latest version of Elementor on that. I did so on my staging site which is https://wordpress-601622-2334293.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=11&action=elementor
Please let me know if you need access to my staging website. Also I am sending you two images that show what is missing.

Please don’t offer to send or post logon credentials on these forums:

You can contact the author on their own site and, once there, the discussion is between the two of you. However, it is not OK to enter or send site credentials on these forums. We don’t want to encourage others (who are less reputable) to do similar things. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi,
Try to follow this troubleshooting method that I made: (It’s quite general, but maybe it will tell us something.)
Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
After you checked that you are really updated to the latest versions, and the issue still occurring:
Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,
then make sure that you clear:
your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).
Please Delete Elementor, then reinstall it.

Hello,
None of these solutions worked. I did not change my theme since I do not know how I can check the missing elements from my theme when that theme is not active. The rest of what you said, I did and none of them worked. When I roll back to version 3.4.8, the elements return.
Hope you can help.
Hi,
Try our new update please 3.5.1, maybe it will solve it.
I highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme so they may further troubleshoot and provide a solution.
If they need any technical details regarding Elementor, they are free to open an issue on our Github page where our developers will be happy to collaborate directly with them.

It did not solve the issue. My theme developer said the big Elementor update has a lot of bugs and notified me that rather than the theme elements showing up via the search bar, they are now appearing under the “WordPress” section. I am doing that. I am not sure if that was intended by Elementor or a bug.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
We are aware of some bugs in the new update, we are working on debugging them, you can follow our changelog to see the fixes –

I am closing this topic, for now, please open a new one if the issue is not fixed within one week.
Hi there! I have this issue too. After the latest update all the theme templates disappeared. Any updated on this issue ?
Thx.
