Elementor in EN not updating

Hi,
I have a 2 language site, with WPML, my site main lang is HE I use EN as second language, when translating, I need to change very slight changes in Elementor like H1 position to the left, margin issue, buttons links fixes etc, I cannot update in English and it worked OK few days ago. It doesn’t save. It’s not a caching issue, all plugs are updated and there is no collisions between plugs, any known bugs in the last ver of Elementor?
The version is 2.3.4, free edition
