# Elementor Icon Does Not Work

 * Hi All, I’ve been using Elementor to build my website for a while now, but I 
   have this problem every once a while – all the icons will show as white hollow
   squares. Usually, if I clear cache, this problem will be solved, but I think 
   it creates a very bad experience to my site viewer. I wonder if it is a bug or
   is there anything that I can do to fix it?

 * This is a known bug that might be related to font-awesome, please check if it
   is inactivated by going to Elementor > advanced > Load Font Awesome 4 Support.

 * The Load Font Awesome 4 Support option says “No” (by default), and that is the
   way I have right now so I assume it is inactive. Is the Elementor team working
   on fixing this issue? Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * Can you please turn it on? (set it to “yes”)
 * Please also go to the experiments tab and try to disable the Inline Font icons
   experiment
 * Let us know if that helps
