# Elementor Forms False Flags

 * It looks like Cleantalk is creating false flags for Elementor (popup) form submission.
   
   If users try to signup for newsletters via popup, they get one of these errors;
   Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot OR Forbidden. Your request has been detected
   as spam.
 * When users signup via Footer (Gravity Form), it works without any issues.
 * Could you please assista ASAP? We’ve been missing out on a couple of legit subscribers.

 * I see that some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It may cause 
   incorrect filtering.
 * We suggest to change the following Anti-Spam plugin settings:
   – Set cookies to
   Off;– Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.
 * Also, if you are using cache solution, please, do not forget to clear all website
   cache after.
 * Could you please let us know when you did all of the above? We need to check 
   the website’s requests to make sure everything is working as it should.
