We were using this solution for stop spam in a normal booking form built in elementor forms, it was working without problem until today, after today’s update, few submissions are not sent, there are no logic or reason why these submissions are not sent, the system prompts that there were some server errors. Even deleting cache or deactivating Recaptcha V3 does not work, the only thing I could do is downgrading this plugin. After downgrade, everything goes fine again.

    Hi,

There is no major update in 2.1.16. It was just adding a class there and shouldn’t make any issue.

Any chance you can reupdate it to 2.1.16 and allow me to check it ? I try to find the cause for it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I fill up the form and the submission went fine. Got this message after HEMOS RECIBIDO CORRECTAMENTE TU SOLICITUD. EN BREVE RECIBIRÁS UNA RESPUESTA. May be you have disabled ReCaptcha ? BTW, Recaptca is not needed while using our plugin.

    Thanks

sorry, I have to deactivate recaptcha v3 in alpacasdelatierruca.es/reservas/. I think It could be something related to checkboxes.

Ok, I have a workaround: If there were 2 acceptation fields in the same form, then, when submitting the form, an error occurs and the form is not submitted.
If there were in that same form only 1 accpt. field and the other one converted to checkbox instead of acceptation field, then the form is submitted.
It seems it only can be 1 acceptation field in this new version of your plugin.

    Hi,

In that case, can you please send me an export of your Elementor multiple acceptation field ? I will import it here and check what is blocking it.

You can send me the export at dnesscarkey (att) gmail (dot) com.

    Thanks
