    Hi, We’re experiencing an issue where WordPress websites using Elementor Form widget and sending via Postmark causes an error.

    We set a from email in Elementor Form to be the same as the sender signature verified email. However we see this in the logs and no email is sent.

    In this instance the from email is set in Elementor correctly and works without Postmark activated?

    {“ErrorCode”:300,”Message”:”Error parsing ‘From’: Illegal email address ‘Writtle’. It must contain the ‘@’ symbol.”}

    Hi @slimesurfer,

    Did Elementor Form widget work with the Postmark plugin previously/at any time? If so, when did this issue start occurring?

    Also, is the address you want to use for the form the same as the address set for the default address in the Postmark plugin settings?

    I attempted to reproduce this but looks like a subscription to their service is required to use the forms since they are part of the Pro offering. I reached out to their team to see if I can get a usable version for working on compatibility between our plugins.

    Hi,

    It is now working, I think due to an update with Elementor Pro.
