    Elementor does not load when Elementskit is activated. There is just the greyed out sidebar with turning wheel.
    I deactivated all other plugins, exept Elementor and proofed it.
    I used Version 2.1.7 – now I deactivated it to work on the site.
    There is no error message in the browser console.

    Hi @missmikado

    It’s due to your server PHP settings. Increase your server PHP memory limit from the wp-config.php file or php.ini file. If you don’t have an idea about it. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase
    * PHP memory_limit = 512M
    * max_execution_time = 300

    I have the same problem.
    I’ve done per your recommendation and the problem is remain…
    Please advice

    Hey @ervinmazor ,

    First, please make sure you are using the latest version of ElementsKit. Now deactivate all the plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit to check if the loading problem still persists.

    After that if the problem still persists please open a support ticket at our support center. We will inspect the problem properly and will try to give you a quick solution as well.

    Regards,
    Benjir
