# Elementor exporting sitekit error

 * Hello,
 * Whenever i go to “Elementor > Tools > Website templates > Export this site” and
   try to export “Settings & configurations” i get to see this error: [https://prnt.sc/Ev_HS5bt_Noj](https://prnt.sc/Ev_HS5bt_Noj)
 * There are now debug.log errors somehow (Yes i have debug enabled). But i do see

 * What to do from here?

 * Thank you for being so patient.
 * I’ve reviewed the details you provided and understand the issue. Unfortunately,
   this is a known bug that affects the export feature when you have custom code
   exported as well.
   Our developers are aware and are already working to fix it 
   as soon as possible.
 * Workaround – exclude custom code from your export json file/zip file
 * I am not able to provide you with ETA of the resolution of this issue, but once
   the fix is released, you will receive a notification on your WordPress dashboard
   informing there is a new update for Elementor plugins and we will update it on
   our changelog page:

   What I can do from my side is vote for this issue in our internal bug report 
   system so that it receives higher priority and hopefully gets fixed in one of
