    To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro). If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

    Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
    Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Optimized DOM Output -This experiment is designed to improve performance by decreasing the number of wrapper elements present in the HTML generated by Elementor.
    • Improved Asset Loading – Should improve page speed by only loading the functionalities needed by that page. This experiment reduces the amount of code loaded by default, which translates to significantly faster page load times and better page speed scores.
    • Improved CSS Loading – An experiment that only loads the CSS of widgets on a page once, in order to prevent multiple requests to the server. With this experiment, CSS files are loaded as inline style tags.
    • Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

    I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
    Kind regards,

    Hi! I have this problem too. I tried to deactivate the plugins but this doesn’t solves the issue, I didn’t tried to switch theme because I can’t “remove”, even if it’s temporarily, my website. What else can I do?

    Not sure , my didn’t work at all . So I guess the plug-in is selective

    Export/Import kit works only when you upload Elementor PRO. You need Elementor PRO for both export on the source site and for import as well on the destination site.

    There’s a bug in the Elementor plugin that causes this. To temporary fix this problem, you will need to edit a javascript file. The file is located here

    wp-content -> plugins -> elementor -> assets -> js -> app.min.js

    Copy this file content and paste it into a code editor like vscode or notepad++

    Find this line and remove it

    a[a.length-1].remove()

    Only remove this line and nothing else. Copy the code and paste it back into the app.min.js file, overwriting the code that’s already there. Save the file and try using the import tool again.

    Unless Elementor fixes this bug, the problem will return when a new update is released.

    Elementor will not allow an image to be changed in a template, you can delete the image but all you are left with is a gret area and no imgae may be seleected, I have tried removing plu ins but nohing
