I recently integrated Shopengine into a client’s website to facilitate customization. However, subsequent to the installation, I encountered an issue where several elements were not appearing in the Elementor element list. Despite activating all necessary elements and deactivating extraneous plugins, leaving only WooCommerce, Elementor, and the Shopengine plugin enabled, the problem persisted.

  • Hi princedm,

Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems like you’re experiencing difficulties accessing ShopEngine widgets in Elementor.

The widgets in ShopEngine are organized into different categories, such as General, Single, Archive, Cart, Checkout, and Order. While the general widgets are available across all pages in Elementor, the others are specific to their respective templates.

To access the widgets related to ShopEngine templates, you’ll need to utilize the “Builder Template” feature. This feature allows you to access and customize the widgets within the specific templates provided by ShopEngine. This video will help you understand.

I hope this clarifies the issue for you. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to ask.

    Regards

Are you suggesting that in order to utilize elements related to Checkout or Cart functionality, I must first create their templates using the “Builder Template” feature before being able to utilize them?

    Hi princedm,

Yes, that’s correct. In order to utilize elements related to Checkout or Cart functionality, you must first create their templates using the “Builder Template” feature before being able to utilize them (video). I hope you understand.

Got it, but just to clarify, users should have the ability to utilize features like checkout and cart using any theme builder, not just yours. Thanks for clearing that up.
