    Hello,

    After completing all the recommended steps, the plugin is still not working on my website.

    The time limit and memory limit didn’t have the recommended values before, so an hour ago I changed them into the recommended values (300).
    Atm, WP, PHP, MYSQL versions are compatible, time limit is 300, PHP memory limit is 300MB.
    But the plugin is still not working.
    Other plugins need to stay as well.

    Can you please let me know if there is another solution for this?

    Could you please try to open the editor page and check if there are any console errors so we can troubleshoot the issue?

    Also, it’d be great if you can share a screenshot for your system info, so I can check it from my end.

    Hello,

    Is there any hope for a solution?

    I created several templates in another domain with premium plugins and uploaded them to the actual domain once they are done. So lots of time wasted if this plugin will not work in a project with limited time.
    It would be really appreciated if someone can help with this as quick as possible please.

    We are so sorry for any inconvenience you are having.

    I believe this needs to be checked from your end so we can see if it’s caused by Premium Addons itself or a conflict with one of the installed plugins.

    I can see you already sent us a message on our website and the team replied one day ago. So, could you please check from your end?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. I was asked to give access to the website, which I cannot do on behalf of my client, because there is no guarantee that if anything goes wrong your team will take any responsibility.

    I will use another plugin or find another solution.

    I can see the team advised to disable Premium Blog widget and check again if it did the trick. So, could you please check the team’s reply from your end?
