I clicked on her post and wasn’t able to access Elementor, I received the error message instead. I also accessed her article via my account and the same thing happened. * She then told me that it started when she customized a photo. So I tried in my account and when I tried to add a photo, hit custom size, the image would not save. * I contacted Hostdime who saw the issue but said there was no issue on their end. I then contacted Elementor and I’m awaiting a reply, but I have a free version I don’t know when they’ll get back to me. * I uninstalled and reinstalled Elementor and any plugins that I’m not using. I don’t want to uninstall all my plugins because last time I did that my site crashed. * Another note, WordPress updated my version yesterday and this is when the problem started. This keeps happening and I’m not sure what it is they do. They suggested that I find a different plugin because apparently this is a common issue, and the only advice Elementor gives is to delete all the plugins and instal one by one (which doesn’t work for me). I use elementor in many sites and no issues, but I have 512 Memory at my host. That is why it stopped happening to A Girl in LA. * **@ aeun17,** * Please note that if you set your limit to 512 but your host does not support/ alow that, it wont resolve the issue. * Please contact your host and ask or investigate in your account at your host package, what the memory limit is.
