Elementor does not see any folders

Just installed FilebirdLite and created a bunch of folders in Media Library. Everything looks fine when viewed through dashboard – Media Library. But when I want to insert media files from Elementor I do not see any folders, just the original files all in one place.

Must be a simple setting or something I missed? Any help please.

Thanks for choosing FileBird, please note that the feature which integrates with Elementor is only available in PRO version:

FileBird Lite only allows you to use with Gutenberg and Classic editor.

I see. I am also using Gallery by Supsystic. Does PRO version work? If not which Gallery should I use?

Yes @meiandning, FileBird Pro version supports Gallery by Supsystic.

Hi,
I have the pro version installed. It used to work fine, but now the file system has disappeared when trying to use it with Elementor. Is this a recent issue with the plugin?

Hi @andx19 ,

We tested and have not seen that issue. Since you are using our Pro version, you’ll need to open a support case at https://ninjateam.org/support/.
WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
