Support » Plugin: Zotpress » Elementor Compatibility?

  • I’ve tried using this plugin with Elementor but it seems there is an error in the front end:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined

Here an example I’ve set up for the test:

The page currently doesn’t generate the error you mention, but I do see a spinning wheel suggesting ZotPress is trying to generate something. What is the shortcode you’re using?

@codeispoetry I see the error in Chrome
Consider that I’ve created this example specifically for this purpose in this testing site (to show the incompatibility)

    In the top [zotpressInText item=”{6455424:8K9UI2MN}”]
In the bottom [zotpressInTextBib style=”apa” sort=”ASC”]

Ah yes I see it now. This one goes over my head (not an Elementor user) — I hope @kseaborn can weigh in

Same here, It seems a frontend issue, and I’m not very skilled in that part 🙁
