 * Hi there 🙂 !
 * I would like to change a self-hosted background video to a YouTube version to
   decrease the loading time of the site.
 * But if I use a link to YouTube, the only browser that recognizes it is Chrome.
   Other browsers, such as Firefox or Edge, don’t display the background video if
   it is not self-hosted. They show the alternate background image.
 * How can I solve this?
 * Kind regards.

 * Hi [@ozyeger](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ozyeger/), thanks for supporting
   🙂 !
 * The URL is [https://www.jinglebit.com](https://www.jinglebit.com), but you wouldn’t
   see the problem because the background video that’s running now is self-hosted
   and this way it works.
 * It’s when I try to change it to a YouTube linked version when it fails to run
   in Firefox and Edge.
 * Regards.

 * Hi there 🙂 !
 * Finally I’ve found the problem, and it wasn’t Elementor related. The issue was
   produced because of the age restriction in YouTube. The video was set as “for
   children” and this counter intuitive thing makes the video more restrictive that
   if you say it’s not for kids.
 * Now the video is “unlisted” and marked as “not for kids” an it works as background
   in Elementor perfectly.
 * Anyway there’s an irritating thing that I’m not sure if can be solved. The video
   runs in a infinite loop but at the end of it, and just where the next loop will
   init, the video goes black for a millisecond destroying the sensation of continuity
   with a little leap. Is there a way to avoid this little gap, perhaps a preload
   of the next loop to do a crossfade or something alike?
 * Kind regards.
