Elementor accordions and testimonials not working

    Hello!

    Our site is having 3 different errors, most of them somehow related to jQuery. But all it really does is stopping all the functionality of Testimonials and Accordions set by Elementor in the very bottom of the home page, and I still have no clue why.

    I think it has strictly something to do with Elementor because when I set the Elementor plugin off, they (all errors) stop and I’ve already reinstalled the jQuery source (also Elementor) and nothing would do the job.

    Is there anything I can do to get those accordions and testimonials back to normal? What?

    PS: To moderators or whoever see this, even though the mentioned website do use Elementor Pro, it has nothing to do with it, really. Looks like it is a thing in Elementor itself.

    PS²: Forgot to mention and just edited the post: I’ve already tried to downgrade Elementor versions a little bit and still got nothing.

    Hi Gabriel!

    Sounds really frustrating. The rules here are strict though, you are a pro user. And as such you have access to support that users of the free version don’t have. Please ask your question in the new Elementor Forum: https://forum.elementor.com/ You can sign in with your Elementor account credentials.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.3.8 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
