  • Hi christo357,

I don’t typically hear of this error. I see that you are on local host and I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it. I would say we get the website up onto a LIVE domain and see what happens.

But I do have a local website with the translator, and I am NOT getting this error.

One thing you could do is try disabling all plugins except for GLT and see if you still get the error.

Thanks and please keep in touch on this so we can solve it.

    Hi Rob and everyone,

I found what causes the problem: It’s Jetpack. But only the module of “Sharing“. When you enter in Jetpack’s configuration, it will show all of the modules that the plugin has, as you can see here:
    The modules of Jetpack.

The content in the image is in spanish.

Well, i currently don’t know why it is the problem, because i have another website that has jetpack and the same module active and has Google Translate plugin, but it doesn’t cause any problem.

I think my theme is causing some problem, but i don’t know. My theme is called “Kotha”. It doesn’t matter if i’m on localhost or on an online webpage, it shows the error if i have Kotha and jetpack’s sharing module active.
I have a blog website and in that web occurs the error. I currently don’t have GTL active on that web, because that’s why i have localhost, to do tests before applying the changes to the web. But it shows the error in localhost and my blog website, i already tested.

I want to keep that module active and GTL active, because for me it’s important.
I hope anyone can help me.

(Sorry if i have spelling mistakes, i’m mexican).
Thanks a lot and have a nice day.
    Christopher.
