Element Pack – button Back to top not matched

    If I disable the back to to button, then all widgets are disabled. I can’t disable only the back to top button.

    The button appears only on the home page, duplicated with the back to top from AstraPro, which I only want to keep. I use AstraPro and Elementor Pro.

    How to disable your widget back to top button, while the rest of your widgets remain.
    I use the free version of Element Pack.

    Hello @ejda,
    Thank you for the support ticket, But sorry for the late reply.

    We are sorry that you didn’t get a response. But we just checked our system and every ticket got a response. We checked our support system and there is no email on your name/username.

    Would you please share your name or again send us the same email in our support email, so we can check about the Old ticket too?

    We are daily replying to all tickets, so why we should not reply to you?
    But it’s possible to mistakes from our side.
    Please co-operate with us, so we can investigate this matter.
