Elegant Grunge – Sidebars make background colors shift – Please help!

I just installed WordPress 3.0.5 as well as the latest Elegant Grunge theme. I want to use the double right sidebar, but it makes the dark color from the footer come to the top of the page, and hence posts are not legible. CSS problem? Please help. I do not speak html.
