Elections Plugin with Mouseover on Form

Hi everybody,

I’m looking for a WP plugin that can help me do the following:

1. Create an online voting form for candidates running in our election. (It’s a residence hall election, but that’s not important.)
2. Be able to manage specific profile information about each candidate – a photo, answers to questions we have asked them to reply on.
3. **most important** when voting, voters should be able to see candidate photo, mouseover and see their profile information pop-up.

Does anybody know if such a plugin exists? I tried searching around, couldn’t find anything.
