Effectus Image Won't Load in Action Box

An image will not display in the Action Box after saving. Both Cover image and Tile image do not display. I have tried resizing, redoing, rethinking as much as possible. I even tried different web browsers. Everything else in the Effectus Design Tools seems to be working (the content urls work fine to load media and text). I viewed a youtube video from Chris Pearson and he loaded an image of a chalkboard and it worked perfectly. When I try it, no image loads. My website is http://cahpi.mb.ca/mb.
