Effective Email Validator with Room for Backend Improvements

The Antideo Email Validator plugin provides a robust solution for ensuring email accuracy, effectively catching common typos like “hotmail.co-uk,” “hmail.com,” “hotmail.co,” and “hotmail.con.” However, there are areas in the backend that require attention and enhancement. Notably, the “Invalid Mx Record counter” is non-functional, the email log lacks time stamps, and there is no “bin” button to facilitate log deletion. Additionally, it’s observed that emails can be blocked even when the host is invalid but the Mx Record is valid. Considering that not all email hosts have associated websites, it would be beneficial for the premium version to introduce a workflow, perhaps something along the lines of: Verify Host -> If No, Check Mx Record -> If Valid, Allow. This would streamline the email validation process and enhance user experience.
